ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Karishma. I am 24 years old and work as an Optometrist. Baking has always been a hobby (mostly cupcakes until recently!) which I am now working on more. I've had questions from friends about recipes and decorating and so this baking blog was created! Enjoy and send me photos if you try anything!

The photo to the left is the result of my first Victoria's Kitchen class in January 2020. This was the start of learning different skills and improving my baking abilities. This class was the Letter Biscuit Cake class, lasted 4 hours and you learn so many transferrable skills. Since then I have also taken Victoria's sugar paste flowers class and the chocolate drip class! I took the drip class as I previously had not made a cake I was happy with. It was after this class that I finally realised I can decorate cakes and not just cupcakes!
